Thus, if you choose to communicate with a legal practitioner through our platform, record of such communication may be available to Paralex in the ordinary course of our business. Nonetheless, you should ensure that your lawyer keeps your communication confidential.
When you contact a legal practitioner through our platform, Paralex can access those messages for quality assurance purposes.

- User Personal Data Destruction
A year after a user ceases to be subscribed to our services and on our platform, the personal data of that user is destroyed. The user’s personal data is kept in our archives for a year in case the user decides to renew his/her subscription to our services.
We are dedicated to ensuring our users’ personal details are safe. We would destroy your personal data in our archives exactly a year after you cease to be a Paralex user.
- Persons under Eighteen (18)
Persons under 18 can use our services but you represent yourself as having capacity to contract and bind yourself.
